Located within easy access to transport links this flat has been the ideal home for me for last few years. Only 15mins by tube into Central London and within walkable distance of trendy West Hampstead it is a great location. The flat is very spacious for a studio with plenty of storage which has proved essential over time. The Landlord ensure the public areas are well maintained and cleaned on a weekly basis, as well as ensuring a safe environment for tenants with regular boiler checks etc. They have been prompt and efficient with any challenges or odd jobs which have needed doing and have ensured all tenants are well informed of any visits or works which are to take place. I have thorough enjoyed my time in the flat, it has been very comfortable and accommodating, this along with complete trust in the Landlord and his team, have meant that I have been more than happy to stay so long!
