PREVIOUS TENANT REVIEWS:
Our experience was really good and exceptional.
From the beginning we received detailed information from the landlord and we got answers for everything we asked about.
You were always very kind and responsive for every problem / question we had.
The flat and the building are well maintained by the landlord and we were very satisfied during our 2+ years staying in this great flat which is in a fantastic location.

This flat was our best choice. It was our beloved home for 2+ years and we are leaving this lovely flat and amazing area very sad. Flat is spacious and cosy, very suitable for couples. The bedroom is very spacious with big closets and despite the fact you are living in near to the city centre, we have never slept better. Kitchen has modern appliances and the connection with living room is just ideal. Bathroom big enough and very cosy. I found combination of bath tub and shower absolutely perfect. Whole flat is clean and airy.
Landlord is very kind and whenever anything needed done, they took care of it very quickly and all the time with friendly manners. We have never experienced that attitude before with a landlord.
The area is the cherry on the top of amazing tart. Belsize Park tube station is 2 minutes by walk, the overground station (Hampstead Heath) is 5 minutes walk, bus stop is directly in front of the door. The flat is situated 20 minute from the city centre and Belsize Park / Hampstead area was for us the most stunning area in London. It is like a village in the middle of cosmopolitan city, where you have everything in touch – cinema, luxury shops, groceries, romantic Hampstead Heath with beautiful Kenwood House or Primrose Hill spots from where you can see whole city is just around the corner.
We totally recommend this flat and give it 10 stars from a 5 star rating.

Belsize Park is a wonderfully cosmopolitan and exceptionally fashionable part of London.

Its eclectic architecture and sense of history combine with ready access to Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath to make Belsize Park a beautiful environment in which to live.

Along with the excellent shopping, the nearby The Everyman cinema, the restaurants and convenient transport, living in this part of London will always be a good choice.

Amongst the many desirable neighbourhoods in Belsize Park The Stuccos (Belsize Square, Belsize Park, Belsize Park Gardens, Buckland Crescent), are particularly popular as is the leafy England’s Lane with its village feel and small independent boutiques, cafes, restaurants and its quaint little roads like Primrose Gardens, Chalcot Gardens.

HAMPSTEAD:
This is one of the most desirable places in London to live and one of the most fashionable places to live in the world.

Popular with the rich, the famous, the powerful, Hampstead has amazing resources and amenities.

Hampstead was built to be a home for rich and poor alike.

Its ideal position between city and countryside was of course one of the reasons that it became so fashionable and sought after.

It is packed with beautiful restaurants and cafes, and its rolling hills and streets are beautiful. It has its own theatres, choice of cinemas (Everyman), wonderful shops, woodland nearby, and of course, what is to many (and all North Londoners), the best parkland in London, that of the Heath.

At the heart of Hampstead is its state of the art hospital, The Royal Free, a comfort for many knowing that this excellent hospital is on your doorstep should it be needed.
